How do credits work?

Credits are used to pay for AI-powered features like AI Visibility Reports (15 credits), FAQ generation (1 credit per FAQ), and AI visit tracking (1 credit per 200 visits). One credit costs $1. All bot tracking, search engine recrawl monitoring, and competitor site management are included at no additional cost.

What's the difference between Pay-As-You-Go and Agency plans?

Pay-As-You-Go is perfect for getting started—purchase credits as needed with no monthly commitment (minimum $25). Agency plans include monthly credit allocations at a discounted rate: Agency Core includes 350 credits/month ($499), and Agency Premium includes 900 credits/month ($999). Agency plans also include priority support and advanced features.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we'll adjust your billing accordingly. This ensures you get the full value of your current month's credit allocation.

Do credits expire?

Unused credits roll over month-to-month, but expire after 3 months from when they were allocated. For example, credits from January's allocation will expire at the end of March. This ensures you have flexibility while encouraging regular use of your monthly allocation.

What happens if I run out of credits?

With Pay-As-You-Go, you can purchase more credits anytime. With Agency subscriptions, overage usage is billed at $1 per credit on your next invoice. You'll receive notifications when your credit balance is low so you're never surprised.
