See which coverage AI actually cites
Paste a month of placements in one go. Spyglasses scores every URL, watches your tracked prompts, and tells you what share of AI's sources came from your team's work.
Coverage Reports at a glance
- Paste hundreds of placement URLs at once, syndicated copies and YouTube links included.
- Every URL gets an AI Placement Quality Score, and its publisher's AI Placement Value Score sits beside it.
- Attach the report to a PR project as one goal with one influence rate, then export it as a PDF for the client.
- See the prompt, the platform and the sentence where AI cited each placement.

The gap
A coverage report can't tell you if AI noticed
Clips, reach and impressions show the story ran. They don't show whether ChatGPT used it when a buyer asked about your category.
Import
One paste, one goal
Paste the month's placements, one URL per line, with or without https. Tracking tags and www get stripped so nothing double counts. Syndicated copies stay as their own placements, and YouTube links match however AI cites the video. You'll see exactly what was added.

Score
Every placement gets scored
Each URL gets an AI Placement Quality Score for how well the article is set up to be cited, next to its publisher's AI Placement Value Score. Rows are tagged by media type and format, like Review, Listicle or News, with the same labels Citation Intelligence uses. So your coverage mix lines up with what AI cites.

Frequently Asked Questions
Paste a month of PR placements, score every URL, and see which ones ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews cite, with one influence rate for the client report.
What is a coverage report in Spyglasses?
It's your list of placement URLs for a campaign or a month, tracked as one goal on a PR project. In the Spyglasses app it's called a Coverage Group. Paste in any web URL: news articles, blog posts, YouTube videos and Shorts, LinkedIn posts and syndicated copies. One URL per line works, or a comma or tab separated list, with or without https.
How is the influence rate calculated?
It's the share of a PR project's AI citations that point to URLs in the report. If the project's tracked prompts produced 340 citations and 31 of them were your coverage, the rate is 9%. Each project works out its own rate against its own prompts, so one coverage report can sit on several projects.
Do syndicated copies count?
Yes, and you should import them. AI platforms cite syndicated copies often, and each URL only matches itself. A story that ran on the original site and two syndication partners is three placements that can each earn citations.
What's the difference between cited inline, evaluated source and search result?
Cited inline means the answer text itself referenced your page. That one's a win. Evaluated source means the AI read the page while writing the answer but didn't reference it. Search result means your page showed up in the search the AI ran, but the AI may never have read it. Each one points to a different fix.
What's the difference between a coverage report and a placement?
A placement is the quality analysis of one mention, with its AI Placement Quality Score. A coverage report is a list of placement URLs tracked together as one project goal. They're linked: pasting URLs into a coverage report creates and scores a placement for each one.
Can I export it for a client?
Yes. Download a client-ready PDF with the report's name, four summary tiles, and every URL with its title, author, publish date, AI Placement Quality Score, AI Placement Value Score and citation count. On agency plans the PDF shows your agency's name, logo and website instead of Spyglasses branding. There's a CSV of the full table too, and the AI citations page exports every citation hit with the prompt, the platform and the sentence around your placement.
