What counts as a prompt?
A prompt is one question we ask AI every day, like “best CRM for small law firms.” It runs on every platform your plan tracks and counts once, not once per platform. Tracking the same prompt in another location counts as another prompt.
Which AI platforms do you track?
Every plan tracks ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews daily. Perplexity and Claude are add-ons you can turn on for any property. The AI Visibility Report covers all five. Microsoft Copilot and DeepSeek are available on Enterprise plans.
Can I put my agency's brand on client reports?
Yes, on Agency Core and Agency Pro. PDF and PowerPoint reports, shared report pages and the client portal show your agency's branding instead of ours. The portal can run on your own domain, so clients see your work under your name.
I'm already a customer. Does my price change?
No. You keep your current plan, price and allowances for as long as you stay on it. You can move to a new plan anytime from your billing settings, but you never have to.
Should I pay monthly, quarterly or yearly?
Monthly plans can be canceled anytime. Paying quarterly saves 10%, and paying yearly saves 20%. All three come with the same prompts, credits and features, and add-ons get the same savings.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings. You'll see the new price and when it starts before you confirm.
