Yes! All new users start with 30 free credits valid for 14 days. No credit card required to start. Use your trial credits for AI Visibility Reports (15 credits) and FAQ generation (1 credit per run). AI visit tracking is free for the first 25.000 AI visits per property per month; additional visits are billed at 1 credit per 500 visits. All bot tracking, search engine recrawl monitoring, and competitor site management are always included at no cost.
How do credits work?
Credits are used to pay for AI-powered features like AI Visibility Reports (15 credits) and FAQ generation (1 credit per run). AI visit tracking is free for the first 25.000 AI visits per property each month; additional visits are billed at 1 credit per 500 visits. One credit costs $1. All bot tracking, search engine recrawl monitoring, and competitor site management are included at no additional cost.
What's the difference between Pay-As-You-Go, Brand, and Agency plans?
Pay-As-You-Go is perfect for getting started—purchase credits as needed with no monthly commitment (minimum $15). Brand plans ($29/month) are designed for marketers tracking a single brand, with 25 tracked prompts and 250 site audit pages per month. Agency Core plans ($199/month) provide 250 tracked prompts per month and 2500 site audit pages per month and usage-based billing with advanced features like white-labeling and priority support for agencies managing multiple clients.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we'll adjust your billing accordingly. This ensures you get the full value of your current month's credit allocation.
Do credits expire?
Unused credits roll over month-to-month, but expire after 3 months from when they were allocated. For example, credits from January's allocation will expire at the end of March. This ensures you have flexibility while encouraging regular use of your monthly allocation.
What happens if I run out of credits?
With Pay-As-You-Go, you'll need to purchase more credits to continue. With Brand and Agency subscriptions, you can continue using features and usage will be billed at 1 $ per credit on your next invoice. You'll receive notifications when your credit balance is low so you can top up or track your usage.

Yes, we offer Enterprise plans with volume-based discounts, custom implementations and integrations, single sign-on (SSO), dedicated account management, and SLAs with guaranteed uptime. Contact our sales team for a custom quote.
How much does an AI Readiness Audit cost?
AI Readiness Audits cost 1 credit per 50 pages audited (minimum 1 credit per audit). Brand plans include 250 pages/month and Agency Core plans include 2,500 pages/month. You're only charged if you exceed your monthly allocation. Pay-as-you-go users can purchase credits at $1 each.
How much does the AI Search Citation Optimizer cost?
Scoring a page is free for everyone, including unlimited re-scoring. Only rewrites cost credits: 10 credits each, and every rewrite includes unlimited re-scoring of that page. Brand plans include 10 rewrites per month and Agency Core plans include 50; beyond your allowance, rewrites are billed per use.
